(The Association) will be held at the Sanderling Resort – Event House 2nd Floor (Partridge Room)\, 1461 Duck Road\, Duck\, North Carolina 27949 on October 11\, 2025 at 10:00 am\, for the following purposes: \n  \n\nTo elect members of the Board of Directors in accordance with Article VII\, Section 1 of the Bylaws and to designate a time and place of a meeting of the Board of Directors.\n\n  \n\nTo ratify the 2026 Budget.\n\n  \n\nTo Transact such other business as may properly come before the meeting.\n\n  \nAll owners are encouraged to attend this annual meeting.
