(The Association) will be held at the Sanderling Resort – Event House 2nd Floor (Partridge Room)\, 1461 Duck Road\, Duck\, North Carolina 27949 on October 11\, 2025 at 10:00 am\, for the following purposes: \n  \n\nTo elect members of the Board of Directors in accordance with Article VII\, Section 1 of the Bylaws and to designate a time and place of a meeting of the Board of Directors.\n\n  \n\nTo ratify the 2026 Budget.\n\n  \n\nTo Transact such other business as may properly come before the meeting.\n\n  \nAll owners are encouraged to attend this annual meeting. If there is any chance you may not be able to attend\, complete the enclosed revocable proxy (you revoke it by attending the meeting) to ensure there is a quorum to conduct the business of the Association.  The budget may be ratified without a quorum.  Please sign and date this proxy and return it by 5 pm on October 10\, 2025 to:  Sanderling Homes Association\, Inc.\, PO Box 8013\, Duck\, NC 27949 OR by email to info@sanderlinghomes.org.
