RE: NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING
Notice is hereby given that a Special Meeting of the Sanderling Homes Association, Inc. will be held on Saturday, May 27, 2023 at 10:00 am in the Town of Duck’s Town Hall – Community/Meeting Hall, 1200 Duck Road, Duck, NC for the following purposes:
- To review necessary pond, bulkhead and road projects.
- To vote on a special assessment in the amount of $3,500 per lot for the pond, bulkhead and road projects with any monies not required for the projects to be transferred into the reserve fund. This special assessment will be due immediately on the date the special assessment is approved by the membership and payable no later than October 1, 2023.
- Transact such other business as may properly come before the meeting.
All owners are encouraged to attend this important meeting. If there is any chance you may not be able to attend, complete the enclosed revocable proxy (you revoke it by attending the meeting) to ensure there is a quorum to conduct the business of the Association. Please sign and date this proxy and return it by 5 pm on May 26, 2023 to: Sanderling Homes Association, Inc., PO Box 8013, Duck, NC 27949 OR by email to info@sanderlinghomes.org. A preaddressed envelope is enclosed.
