We are a soundfront to seaside homeowners association with 132 properties located approximately 3 miles north of The Town of Duck, North Carolina. We offer a community designed to incorporate the natural beauty of the Outer Banks. We have a series of nature paths throughout the community that allow residents and visitors a unique opportunity to observe local bird species and wildlife, along with a sound front dock access.
