Beach Grass Planting Continues!

If you’re looking for a great way to get involved in the community and meet your neighbors, come lend a hand at our beach grass planting program! It’s a wonderful opportunity to help protect our shoreline and enjoy some fresh air together.

Upcoming Planting Schedule:

Wednesday, December 31- 3:00 p.m.
Location: Vireo Way (email for parking details)

If you are interested in participating, please email Sandy Cross at scross@ducknc.gov.

Please note: These plantings will be weekly (weather permitting) throughout January, February and most of March along the Sanderling beach.
